How to Kill and Skin a Sheep (part 3)
Overview
This is only one of many ways to do a home kill. Just
remember this is our way at Men's Domain. There are a few
rules and regulations that you may need to follow so check them

Next
thing we do do is to hang the sheep up. You do this with a meat
hook and a pulley system.

Once you have hung it up, you need to cut the skin up the middle
of the stomach.
 
Now you need to use a bit of elbow grease here. You need to
punch the skin off. You will need to go right around on both
sides and all the way up. Next you need to cut around the anus
to get the skin off.
Once you have have done the above you should end up with the
skin looking like this (below). All you have to do is pull the
last bit of skin. The best way do this is to pull it off in a
quick jerking motion. All you will be left with is the skin
attached to the head and the head attached to the carcass.
