Each 1-liter bottle of Rattlesnake Rosie’s is finished at 70 proof.

Iron Smoke Whiskey the distiller’s of Rattlesnake Rosie’s Apple Pie Corn Whiskey  was founded in 2011 in Fairport, New York. They pride themselves on using New-York grown grain and use a smoking process employing apple wood (as opposed to the traditional scotch whisky process of using peat). The distillation is done in a copper pot still in batch method (introducing some variability from batch to batch) and aged in virgin American oak.
